The Regular Board Meeting of the Housing Finance Authority of Miami-Dade County Board Members has 
been scheduled for Monday, January 26, 2025, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Hilton Miami Airport Blue

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Housing Finance Authority of Miami-Dade County, Florida (the “Authority”) will conduct a public hearing to which all interested persons are invited to attend by phone:

​

DATE AND TIME: January 21, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as possible.

PLACE: PARTICIPATION IS BY CALL IN ONLY TO THE TOLL FREE NUMBER PROVIDED BELOW

​

PURPOSE: To conduct a public hearing concerning the proposed issuance of debt by the Authority, in the aggregate face amount of not to exceed $21,500,000, in one or more series, at the same time or at different times, the proceeds of which will be loaned to Crossings at Quail Roost Apartments, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (the “Borrower”) to finance a portion of the costs of the acquisition and construction of The Crossings at Quail Roost (the “Project”), a multifamily rental property to be occupied by elderly persons or families of low, moderate or middle income. The Project will be located on an approximately 1 acre site located at 10100 SW 186 Street, Cutler Bay, Miami-Dade County, Florida, which will be owned by the Borrower or an affiliate of the Borrower. A smaller contiguous parcel of land (approximately 15,000 square feet)) will be either leased from an adjoining land owner or an easement will be obtained from such owner to provide parking for the project on such parcel of land.

The Project will be located on an approximately 0.63 acre site located at 2901 NW 2nd Avenue, Miami, Miami-Dade County, Florida, and will be owned by the Borrower or an affiliate of the Borrower.
