PURPOSE: To conduct a public hearing concerning the proposed issuance of debt by the Authority, in the aggregate face amount of not to exceed $112,000,000, in one or more series, at the same time or at different times, the proceeds of which will be loaned to Liberty Square Phase Five, a Florida limited liability company (the “Borrower”) to finance a portion of the costs of the acquisition and construction of Liberty Square Phase Five (the “Project”), a multifamily rental property to be occupied by persons or families of low, moderate or middle income. The Project will be located on an approximately 6.17 acre site located at 1441 NW 62nd Street, Miami, Miami-Dade County, Florida, and will be owned by the Borrower or an affiliate of the Borrower.
