PURPOSE: To conduct a public hearing concerning the proposed issuance of debt by the Authority, in the aggregate face amount of not to exceed $48,000,000, in one or more series, at the same time or at different times, the proceeds of which will be loaned to Tuscany Place (FL) Owner LP, a Florida limited partnership (the “Borrower”) to finance a portion of the costs of the acquisition and rehabilitation of Tuscany Place (the “Project”), a multifamily rental property to be occupied by persons or families of low, moderate or middle income. The Project will be located on an approximately 23.0 acre site located at 25400 Southwest 137th Avenue, Homestead, Miami-Dade County, Florida, and will be owned by the Borrower or an affiliate of the Borrower.
