Become an HFA Lender
Becoming a lender for the HFA Single Family program is easy.
The HFA partners with local lenders to originate mortgage loans for eligible borrowers purchasing their first home in Miami-Dade County. Lenders are provided with training and continuous support throughout their participation.

In order to become a participating lender, please click on the link www.ehousing.cc/miami-dade to obtain the necessary documents. In addition, interested lenders must contact US Bank Lender Help Desk at 800-562-5165 to request a lender application if not already an approved lender with US Bank.
