Earning a Homebuyer Education certificate just got easier!
Imagine being able to complete a homebuyer education course from the comfort of your home, office or any place where you have internet access.
The course is HUD-approved and administered by eHome America. It is offered in English and Spanish. The cost is $30.

Please note, if you qualify for programs outside of the HFA you may be required to take additional courses. Talk with your lender to determine if this course will satisfy your program requirements.
